Job DescriptionSAS Admin Proficiency in SAS Programming for various data driven tasks like analysis, extraction, cleaning, validation, summarization, manipulating, creating datasets and generating reports.
should be good in using various SAS report generating procedures, functions, user defined formats, Proc SQL, SAS/Macros to produce summary datasets and reports.
Experience with exporting SAS Results to different formats such as HTML, PDF, CSV, Excel using SAS/ODS & Proc Export for reporting and presentation.
-> Responsible for the overall availability of the SAS tools and software environments.
-> Provides support for multiple SAS clusters for development, QA, production, and disaster recovery.
- >Performs SAS software administration; including software configuration, updates, patches, and hotfixes and license renewals as needed on Linux / Redhat (RHEL) platforms.
-> Provides SAS Platform capacity planning, metrics and performance tuning recommendations.
- > Executes actions necessary to achieve and maintain optimum SAS platform performance, reliability and availability.
Identifies bottlenecks in production systems and provide solutions.1. Experience with the installation and maintenance of SAS in complex environments such as High Availability (multiple machine, Hadoop, and In-memory processing.
2. Experience with Cloud based platforms
3. Experience with IT Devops
4. Experience working with ITIL Process
