Prospective candidates for this Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Lead position with the employer will benefit from working remotely on a long-term project while collaborating with a global team. Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, Salesforce CPQ
- Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX Java class/coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates, and Web Services
- Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
- Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
- Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
- Understanding of key concepts of user-centered design and design thinking
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
